Iran next on cook around the world. I should be doing Cambodia but can’t get organised (as I’ll need fish) so went for this prune, beef and spinach khoresh (?) to keep ticking places off. It is sort of similar to tagine.., sweet, savoury and sour, it doesn’t sound like it will be nice but

cause I’m going to go all ‘Oui Shed’ for the next while going to try making some French food, this is sort of a Salade niçoise, ‘sort of’ because there are lots of opinions of what should and shouldn’t go into one…. .I think this is the nicest salad, the only thing puts me off
