Food from Israel | Huevos Haminados

I’d a pile of onion skins left over last night so having a wee detour to Israel next on cook around the world,… these are huevos haminados:-

I should have put a bit of coffee in with these to make them extra brown, probably more onion skins… I’m not sure these taste much different to me to a boiled egg Irish style
