Refund and Returns Policy

Above all I want you to love and enjoy your art so if there are any problems with an order or you’re not sure about it I’m happy to refund you.
If you’ve any problems get in touch and I’ll sort it out for you.

Here’s some things to note.
I try to package my artwork as safely as possible, usually with 2 sturdy cardboard envelopes and protective sleeve.

However, sometimes stuff does get damaged while being delivered.
I will happily send a replacement. Just send me a photo of the damaged envelope, print etc.

You can return prints up to 30 days from receiving them.
I’ll happily refund you but please try to ensure that the print arrives back to me in excellent condition.

In most cases I can’t accept refunds on custom made pieces of art, unless of course I’ve completely messed it up. Please make sure to check all the photos before buying something.

If a print comes back to me because I’ve been given an incorrect address to post to the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please note that no refund will be issued for prints returned due to an incorrect address. So please make sure that you’ve the right delivery address entered!

I accept cancellations up to 2hrs after purchasing, after that time I may have already been down to the post office and posted the print away to you.
