Food in Cambodia | beef lok lak

Cambodia next cooking around the world, and this is an attempt at beef lok lak,

‘a French-inspired Vietnamese and Cambodian dish that consists of beef sauteed with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pepper, and soy sauce.’

this was nice, a nice zingy dressing in that oversized bowl (as I don’t have a wee one).

The A and B countries have been pretty easy to get sorted but with the C’s I’m starting to find it harder to get stuff tracked down.. like Cameroon, (Canada OK) Chad, Central African Republic. ..
