Burundi next on cook around the world and this is an attempt at boko boko harees, Sort of a boiled bulghur wheat and chicken job Not a very authentic attempt as I didn’t have chicken giblets and also I think it’s supposed to be more porridge-y, but I was hungry so took it off early.
