Chilean cuisine | Pastel de choclo

Chile next on cook around the world,
and this is an attempt at pastel de choclo (‘corn pie’)….think shepherds pie with corn instead of spuds, bit of paprika and some hard boiled eggs and raisins as optional extra….forgot to stick some olives in as well.

Nice! Though quite sweet with the canned sweet corn I used, I guess the proper corn they use in Chile might be a bit different.
