Food in Cabo Verde | Feijão congo

Cape Verde next in cooking around the world, and this was really nice….. some beans, chorizo, cabbage, kale and squash in a stew. I think it’s called FEIJÃO CONGO?….*not in capital letters though, I just copied it*

I cheated with tinned beans as I reckon sticking the cooker on for a few hours to cook dried beans is wasteful.

I’m trying to get more into beans on this project.
