Next up, a bit of a pork schnitzel for Liechtenstein on my eat around the world project, which is basically a pork chop I hammered a bit with a rolling pin then covered with breadcrumbs and fried… honestly the chips where my favourite though as I burnt the schnitzel a bit.

Slovenia next on my cook and map around the world challenge and this is palačinka, which is pretty much a crepe. These are popular all over the Balkans, central and Eastern Europe and sure why wouldn’t they be, they’re crepes.
