OK, I’m completely shoe horning this salad into a random Balkan country near Greece as I made it the other day and it’s sort of nearly like a shopska salad (minus the lettuce and olives), which is popular in the Balkans and originally from Bulgaria
Next time I make it (which will be soon as it’s tasty) I’ll make properly
