These are some of the town maps I’ve painted over the last few years.
The simplest versions are usually just black and white, mainly as I think that they have the best chance of working against a wall. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s the last decade and always thought I’d enjoy a map like this on the wall to give me and idea of the area…but I suppose I would think that as I’m trying to sell some maps!
I also have done some coloured town maps as well. These usually take a bit longer to make as there is more time needed to work out colours and then more painting needed to make it.
