Australia next for cooking around the world and this is supposed to be a meat pie…it takes me back to my childhood as we often had a mince pie for dinner, and this is pretty much the same thing.

If it looks a bit weird I made an error making this and put the puff pastry on the bottom and shortcrust on the lid, so took it out half through and turned it upside down.
And it’s the first thing I’ve made that I have on my world food map.
