
This was a really bad attempt at poulet moambe for Congo (Brazzaville).
It wasn’t great,
but I think it’s because I followed a dud recipe.. I bet this would be tasty made the right way.
There is red palm oil in this which is a new ingredient to me…when I get to Democratic Republic of Congo I’ll maybe try this again as I’ve like 13 litres of red palm oil to use up
