Making Rahash
Cook around the world (Cup) special!
and this is a go at rahash | tahini halwa for Qatar… cause world cup and all that.
This is sort of like fudge but with tahini instead of butter, maybe too crumbly? Would be nice with strong coffee I reckon.
the recipe said to put pistachios in but I didn’t have any….but then when I’d spread it all out to cool H came home with a bag of pistachios….so that’s why they’re spread like that, a few minutes earlier and they’d be encased inside.
