Equatorial Guinea next on cook around the world, and this boring photo and pasty hand shot is a go at osang tea which is pretty much the same as chai.
I didn’t like it so much, it was too sweet for me…but I guess with a bit of tweaking (less sugar, tweak the cardamon and cinnamon amount) it would be nice.
