Another terrible looking photo of my lunch…. this was an attempt at riz gras (‘fat rice’) for Burkina Faso.
It’s actually pretty much the same idea as the galinhada for Brazil, a one pot chicken and rice thing
This isn’t quite right as I left my tomato puree down at the shop, so it’s not as tomato-ey looking as the photos.
Plus I didn’t go full chilli on this.
