I had a big pack of roti opened from making my dhal yesterday so this was handy. It’s probably not quite the style they use but waste not want not and all…Roti is a general Indian name for bread, so this is a wrap. I think it would be eaten as a street food.
Roti would have originally been brought to Caribbean islands by indentured workers from South Asia.
