
Angola next cooking around the world and this is more like it, (sorry if anyone had nightmares about that trinxat yesterday, I know I did!)
This is sort of an attempt at ‘Caldeirada de Cabrito’ except with lamb instead of goat as I had some lamb I needed to use up…plus Joyce’s in Knocknacarra isn’t going to have goat is it?
Although you never know with Joyce’s, it may well have a goat section.
It’s got some peri-peri sauce in it and chorizo, paprika as we so a little warm glow.
Not sure of this is authentic Angola but it’s good enough for our lunch.
Would make again.
