As you know I’ve been on a project to eat & drink my way around the world, so I spotted this ayran today in various Middle Eastern eateries around Dublin and thought I’d give it a lash… it’s probably mainly Turkish but as I’ve done Turkey already I’m putting it down for Kosovo as apparently it’s popular in the Balkans.
