an attempt at Tavë kosi, which is a dish from Albania…sort of a moussaka meets a Spanish tortilla, a bit garlicky like a chicken Kiev… except with lamb and yoghurt.
I’ve decided to go alphabetically around the world with the food, mainly as I’ll loose track of what I have and haven’t done. I’m not going to be strict though in case it’s too hard to get some things.
Also going to try and keep it vegetarian heavy if possible.
I’m also doing some food maps as I go along, here is one for Albania.
