Masoor Dal | Bangladesh spiced red lentils

Next stop cooking around the world is Bangladesh and this is a masoor dal…daal….dhal… lentil soup, or curry (eating it with some roti but go with rice)
Just about the right dish for light dinner on a stormy night like tonight.

Doing this project makes me realise there is a lot of skill in taking nice photos of food…I ain’t got it! This is definitely not going to be a successful food blog with these skills.
