Huevos Haminados | slow cooked eggs from Israel

I’d a pile of onion skins left over last night so having a wee detour to Israel next on cook around the world,… these are huevos haminados:-

‘eggs cooked for hours or overnight, acquiring creamy buttery yolks and light brown whites, epitomize Sephardi food.’
Claudia Roden

I should have put a bit of coffee in with these to make them extra brown, probably more onion skins… I’m not sure these taste much different to me to a boiled egg Irish style

I'll be away on holidays from The Wee Shed until the 21nd May '24 so any orders received between now and then will be posted on the 22nd May.
Thanks!
Dave
