Food in Uzbekistan | plov

Uzbekistan next and this is a go at Plov…which is the same sort of thing as pilaf.
It said to invert on a serving plate but I only had a pizza tin and it wasn’t big enough… hence the mess on the cooker

I used a Claudia Roden recipe from her book of Jewish food, most of the recipes for Plov seemed to be using lamb, which might be better as the chicken breast is a bit dry….there are also some barberries in there, sour little things
