Food in the Central African Republic | Kanda

Central African Republic next, this is an attempt at Kanda… basically a meatball but with pumpkin seeds, which is adding a nice nutty texture which I like. I suppose we add breadcrumbs and things like that so why not seeds?
I’m not spending hours researching these recipes, so not sure how authentic some of them are
