Slovakia next on my eat and map my way around the world challenge and this is semolina pudding, or as they call it in Slovakia ‘krupicová kaša’.
There is a dusting of cocoa powder and some butter… it’s been a long time since I’ve had semolina pudding, which I actually liked when I was a kid.. this isn’t bad, but I’d rather be at a trifle.
