I did a little count and reckon I’m about a third of the way through so I’m going to push for the rest this year.
This is lahm bi ‘ajin or lahmacun, a sort of Middle Eastern meat pizza with no cheese.
I think it’s originally Turkish but popular in other countries around the region so I’m putting it down for Iraq as I’ve a few easy Turkish recipes I can do instead
