Food in Brazil | Galinhada, Strogonoff and more

This is an attempt at galinhada,’galinha’ is Portuguese for hen(chicken).
I think.
It’s a bit like a less fiery jollof rice which I’m sure I’ll be trying with some of the West African countries.

I should stress that with these recipes I’m in no way claiming that I’ve made it the right way, I just give something a lash. So apologies if you’ve arrived here from Google eager to read a recipe.

I’m going to add new dishes and foods as I go along, so here is some beef strogonoff which I enjoyed in a Brazilian restaurant this afternoon.

What I liked about this was a lack of mushroom.
