Armenia next in my attempt to cook around the world. I thought this was going be more complicated than what I had made so far. But then I read on Wikipedia:-

So this is a go at that. I have no idea if they eat this in Armenia (sorry Armenian friends).I’ll eat it though, I’m hungry!
