it’s basically a beef stew with the beef shredded…(not that I could be bothered with too much shredding!). I made it a bit more watery than the recipe said.
A few photos had black beans as a side, I couldn’t find any so bunged on some mixed beans instead. I’m trying to eat more beans this year.
