Costa Rica | gallo pinto

quick cook around the world one–two,

this is supposed to be Gallo pinto which is a dish from Costa Rica.
It uses left over rice and black beans,

There is a sauce they use called Lizano sauce but I’m not going to find that in Knocknacarra so I’ve substituted in HP sauce…HP SAUCE! AND NOT ON A FRY!
Worcester is what most recipes are saying to sub in but I don’t have that.

This is nice enough, I really like the bean and rice thing
