Italian Cuisine | Pandoro

Pure cheat mode on eat around the world, and this pandoro (‘golden bread’ ) is going to be my Italy effort.
This is probably not the most obvious choice for Italian food but the reality is that I often eat pizza, pasta, risotto in day to day living.

The pandoro is nice, you get a wee sachet of icing sugar that you empty on top while in the bag and shake around. It’s probably the same sort of thing as panettone but without the dried fruit

‘Pandoro [panˈdɔːro] is a traditional Italian sweet bread, most popular around Christmas and New Year…. often served dusted with vanilla-scented icing sugar made to resemble the snowy peaks of the Italian Alps during Christmas.’
