Bahrain next on cooking around the world, I was going to get a cup of coffee and work out what to make.
Then one of the first things I saw on a page about the national cuisine was Arabian coffee….so this is an attempt.
It’s got saffron, cardamon and rose water in it…I’m not sure it’s supposed to have sugar in it, but I’m not sure I’d be able to drink it otherwise. This rosewater has been in the cupboard for many a year.
I’d like to try a proper one of these as it mightn’t be that bad. This however was bad.
